Liquid Radio 6850 AM 0127 UTC 06 JAN 2025
« on: January 06, 2025, 0135 UTC »
Audio sounds a bit different tonight; maybe there is less bass and slightly more treble, with perhaps some other processing? It seems slightly "thinner" to my ear. SINPO 45344 / S7 on the NA5C Kiwi SDR in south Texas.

0127 - U2, "I Will Follow"
0132 - Liquid Radio ID then into Van Halen, "Dreams".
0137 - ID then Tears for Fears, "Sowing the Seeds of Love"
0143 - Liquid Radio ID and website address, into Grateful Dead, "Touch of Grey".
0149 - Elton John, "Saturday Night is Alright for Fighting".

Had to step away for a while but was listening. I see it's early-80s night tonight.

0254 - Loverboy, "The Kid Is Hot Tonite".
0255 - Eddie Money, "Think I'm In Love".

I have to step away again.

0257 - Long dead air pause. This usually means the end.
0258 - Carrier off.

0149 S6 tonight but the band is relatively quiet - Sounds like Elton John "Saturday Night's Alright for Fighting". Audio does seem to have more highs tonight, helping it cut through the noise, but it could be my imagination.
