Listening to XM tx'ing for the first time in several months on 4131 kHz.

Currently broadcasting, listening via Twente WebSDR.
Florida, always listening via my Tecsun PL-660 receiver.

Just above the noise in Kentucky @ 0053z, I think it may be slowly getting stronger.
