Radio Mercury Labs started out on 6925u and then moved to 6940u.  Started out down in the noise at 0244z, suddenly came up to S5 at about 0258z.

RML says the 6925u wasn't him... maybe I should split this into two posts???  Nah

6925u - UNID it seems...

0228z Spacy instrumental music, no op so far.
0313z Pink Floyd - Heart Beat, Pig Meat
0316z Start of a tune then off

6940u - RML

0322z Simple Minds - Alive And Kicking
0327z Missing Persons - Destination Unknown
0330z Jane Says - Jane's Addiction
0337z Radio Mercury Labs ID, still around S5 with some fluttery QSB
0338z Queen - Crazy Little Thing Called Love
0341z Talking Heads - Once In A Lifetime (Same As It Ever Was)
0345z RML ID, conditions not great tonight but still fair copy (thanks for the shout, Shazam has you zeroed in)
0349z The Vapors - Turning Japanese
0353z Blue Oyster Cult - Godzilla
0357z ID, HeeHee - RML reminiscing about Shazam! the TV program  :)  Try checking out wiki entry for "Shazam (service)". Never saw the TV program, I'll have to check out YouTube for an episode
0400z Green Day - Basket Case
0403z Dead Or Alive - Brand New Lover
0406z Devo - Satisfaction (nice!)
0409z Jane's Addiction - Ocean Size (much better copy now, S6 w/o the flutter)
0415z ID, RML gets a couple WL23791/TH150 10kw triode transmitting tubes from an old-timer (http://www.radiomuseum.org/tubes/tube_th150.html)
0419z The Fixx - Red Skies
0424z The Doors - Strange Days
0428z ID and Sign-off, no... one more tune
0430z Wings - Band On The Run
0435z Signing off now, thanks for the show (and say goodnight to Spike)
0442z Off

Conditions have been pretty good of late, seems tonight was just an anomaly (we hope).  Signal was up to S7 at the end.

I can hear it on the NH remotes (my favourites). Not bad tunes, but no ID as of 0304

0316 - Maybe a whispered ID of some sort

0317 - Faint CW

0322 Station back up on 6940USB???

0338 - RML IDing (at last) and shout outs to HFU

0339 - Crazy Little Thing Called Love by Queen

0350 - Turning Japaneser?

0353 - RML must have shoved some Care Bears into his power furnace as signal now is S7 into NH

0357 - Possible friendly comment about me not knowing what shazam is. Talking about the show "Shazam"

0400 - Greenday "Basketcase"

0403 - "Brand New Lover" - Dead Or Alive

0406 - Satisfaction

Good Morning, Mr RML. How very nice to hear you. Dimbulb may have you on shazam (whatever the heck that is) but you're coming in nicely to New Hampshire at S7. Signal too poor to hear you direct in the UK.

(think I might go to bed as its 4.09am and Echo One needs his beauty sleep)

S6 here, RML ID @ around 0335z.  Much stronger than the signal on 6925 was earlier here.
Song details as above, and into "Crazy Little Thing Called Love" @ 0339z
Thanks for the show!

Still listening.  Said "one more song" @ 0424z, into "Strange Days" by the Doors.
Getting a little flutter now, but still good copy.

"Band on the Run" @ 0432z [love that song, playing along on the guitar]  thanks.

Heard on the SDR recording on 6925, but extremely weak.
Somewhat better later on 6940.
