Live broadcast from Maydan, Kiev - 3597 kHz LSB

Right now and quite regularly past days (local evenings) via some clandestine transmitter on 3597 kHz LSB. The signal is very strong here at the moment. It's probably relay of some web stream of a portable WiFi camera/mic. Sometimes with breaks and comments.

I listened to this for a while when I was at work. It seemed to be an amateur operator holding a mic to a television set when I listened at about 20:30 UTC. All Russian but even with the language barrier it seemed kind of exciting.
