heard on scene USCG in clear voice possible flight saying "negative no gps no comms with anyone else over." 1015 UTC on 11.494. Signals were fair.  a reminder from my note heard mention of panther. 8.2 tremor.  still active @0429 week and gone bounces back 11.494 USB
