Strange thing with a Hispanic-accented announcer talking to a woman about her prescription medication, then a phone call to a pharmacy, S9+. Crank-call Jerky Boys kind of thing.

SDR recording catch, 0509 sign on with a telephone call being placed, phone ringing. S8 to S9 signal here.
