S8 but barely above local QRM. 1232Z DJ talk, reading of listener emails followed by female vocal tunes. 1246Z more DJ but noise is winning. 1248Z Pink Floyd - 'Wish You Were Here'

SDR catch. ID at 1247 UTC and then into Pink Floyd "Wish You Were Here". Huge S9+20 signal.
