Hearing the same station here, fades up & down, metal-ish guitar music & brief OM announcer (unintelligible at this location) between songs...S = 3 just over the band noise (band noise S = 2.5+) between long fades; hopefully things improve around here pretty soon....

SDR recording catch. Noted as early as 0410, when it was very weak, barely audible. Much stronger by around 0420, then weaker again. Lots of fading in and out every few minutes.
ID at 0515 and then off.
