Possible Asian number sation 4651 kHz

I found what I think is a asian number station on 4651 at 2045z. It only lasted for ten min on University of twente. The ending was odd almost as if she was replying to someone and was also followed later by cw. I only have a short clip to add right now because soundcloud is not working out.

Very nice. I am always looking for Asian number stations on Twente & to date have only found VC01 a few times.

Ary, it may not be being reported often, but it is heard several times a week on the US West coast.  Definately still active.
