RFW with ID at 0440 UTC and then "A Message to You, Rudy" (Specials). Very variably signal, peaks to S5 but averaging S3.

I heard this while dog dx'ing with PL660. As Beerus said very variable strength & in fact not audible most of the time on little barefoot portable but did occasionally pop up above the noise. Unable to actually catch ID or anything else for that matter. Carrier was completely faded out for a while too.

SDR recording catch. 0402 sign on. Soviet Anthem at 0413, DJ Dickweed heard at 0416.  Pretty weak here, SIO 111 at first, but improved over time, SIO of 333 by sign off.
