Cool AM 6929.5 KHz AM 1309 UTC 2/13

Strong S9+10 signal playing country western style music on 6929.5 KHz this morning. Minor fading. ID and information by a female computer voice at 1312 UTC was difficult to understand. Several mentions of "three by three". Cool AM ID at 1320 UTC.

Pirates for Peace promo at 1331 UTC.  Just before was "Dance Little Sister" by the Stones.  Frequency has drifted up slightly to 6929.6 kHz.  S8 signal in NY, low noise, enjoyable signal quality and program.
