Unid, 2-14-14, 0351-0421*, 6.925U, S2 to S4 here with weak male voice heard at 0352...then silence...with more sounds following, which sound like an out-of-tune fax machine.  still hearing the sounds at 0419 and don't know if they're part of this station or from some other source.  Never did hear an ID and couldn't make out what was said when I first tuned in.  The sounds ended here at 0421.  edit: i notice the sounds are back now at 0439 so I don't know what it is.

The only thing i can think of is that if it's ppv radio......i haven't paid.......no wonder i can't decipher it   :D

SDR recording catch. Barely audible under the PSK modem. I never would have even noticed it except for the other logs.
