0255 utc wideband digital data hiss centered on 6890 khz just below the pirate band.

I have been using online receivers because my 7mhz dipole came down in a storm and after my stroke on 3 June 2024 I can no longer get up on a ladder to fix it. Without more information, an audio recording, a waterfall screen shot, anything, you are not going to get an answer that is more than a guess.  In that frequency range there are several possible answers, ranging from HFT data to polyphase FMOP Chinese radar.
