V13 Chinese numbers station w/ 4-digit groups.  Second log was hrd via Global Tuners (Hong Kong) xcvr. However, the first 10 minutes of audio was from my WinRadio Excalibur which was audible but much weaker from my Idaho location.  I was recording both at the same time on different programs and I have the WinRadio audio turned up so that's why the 20 over 9 signal sound weak.  The last 20 minutes was from the remote tuner in Hong Kong which was much better.

V13 / 02-16-14 / 8300 kHz / 1300-1330 / AM or H3E? / 555 (Hong Kong) 141-242 (Idaho)
V13 / 02-16-14 / 8300 kHz / 1210-1230 / AM or H3E? / 141-242

Can anyone confirm what modulation they are using?  I was able to hear them in AM and USB/LSB ECSS on both xcvrs.

While they used to be H3E USB+carrier recently I have seen them in full DSB AM.

Glad you could get that one, I thought you might, which is why I suggested the times and freq.  The 1300 slot is not always used.

That is very cool.  I have zero propagation to that neck of the woods.  Thanks for sharing, I hope you don't mind if I share it with some friends on Facebook?

No problem...I already shared an abbreviated version on Facebook due to the file size limit.
