I'm hearing it now, too, at 0500Z/Mar 7. Not extremely strong but it's definitely copyable by ear.

I didn't get a chance to post this Wednesday night - I did hear L - fair signal, but band was noisy - yet good enough copy for a positive ID.  I hadn't heard this one at all over the past few weeks or month.

Time was approx 0130Z
