Same as Farley, S9 with very deep fades.  "Let's Pretend" by The Northern Pikes @ 0244z [Shazam ID].
Very good audio on music, very muffled audio on announcer.
Fading seems to have subsided, audio out to nearly 10khz @ 0259z.  No ID heard.

A man is talking over the songs with a muffled voice hard to understand. He said something along the lines of move on there is nothing to see here, go back to 6925, at least that is what it sounded like.

I listened back on the tape several times at 0259 and the lady would seem to be saying "music dead number one". My tape is crystal clear...I have no idea what that means!

Listening to the recording, it sounded like 'Music bed number one'.
