New To Pirate Radio, Made MMM for 12MHz

I've made a Michigan Mighty Mite before, a few actually, but it had been a while, decided to get back into it and maybe set up a station on 12MHz.

I test and tune these with a 9V battery before hooking them up to my 12V lead acid. I'm limited on space here, but that will hopefully change in a few years when I can buy land. I'm in the 2nd story of a house in the Ohio countryside, can't set up the antenna outside, just have the space in the room. I'd have to use a loaded dipole, an inverted L, maybe a halo antenna, open to ideas, just has to be easy. House has a metal roof too, which isn't great. The shed is full of my metal casting equipment, so that's also a no go for antennas. I live close to a large rail yard as well, it's about a half mile across a corn field, don't think it would be an issue, but doesn't hurt to hear what others have to say. I'd like to amplify the output of the transmitter at some point, maybe I could use an IRF510 as an easy way to do this, worked for the simple 4-pin can crystal and LM386 style transmitter.

I've thought about trying on 60MHz in the old VHF TV broadcasting band, with a simple AM transmitter, but nothing picks that up. I had mad a 60MHz receiver in the past, but it wasn't very good. When I have land I'll have a lot more space, and might try on the AM band at some point. Regardless, whatever I set up, when and if I do, I'll call it WFUK-LP. It may be a while, can at least learn while I wait on the land if I can't do much now.
