I was tuning the pirate bands late last night and found this one. It went on all night at different intervals on USB/LSB.  Anybody know what this might be?

I checked my SDR recording between 0430 and 0600, and had some digital transmission there. No voice transmissions, and nothing that sounded like numbers.
