There's some pretty good fading on my inverted V and some on my loop but it seems to be getting better.

I had an extremely weak carrier on the SDR recording, until 0319 sign off, so perhaps this was KCPR?

Hey cool, it turned off right at 0318 for me. I just checked my clock and it is right on. It was either KCPR or a pretty good coincidence.
