Night time ducting strong the last few nights
« on: June 06, 2014, 2202 UTC »
I looked at the realtime VHF prop site and saw quite a few openings regionally across the US early in the morning.  Might want to check your radios in late evening or morning.  I've heard some semi-local enhancement, but nothing yet really enough to write home about.

Where I live, not only is sporadic E-skip on the FM band uncommon, but tropo is almost as uncommon.

Then you look to the south on that map and California seems to have a constant hotline to Hawaii.
An AM radio Boombox DXer.
+ GE SRIII, PR-D5 & TRF on MW.
The usual Realistic culprits on SW (and a Panasonic).
