SDR recording catch

0156 OM came on saying "pirate radio pirate radio" "count it 1 2 3 4 count it count it 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 count it count it 1 2".
0159 Some tones, OM talking, but very weak, difficult to understand. I could make out bits and pieces: United States, pirate radio station, South America, 6925
0202 OM repeating 6925, pirate radio, other talk, but way down in the noise.
0209 More mentions of pirate radio

Captain Morgan signed on 6925 at 0212, and played Hendrix Voodoo Child at 0216, so that could be the music Antennae reported.
