Interference from side band, a beeping beacon in AM, and a man's voice.
I think I just heard Artem say "Afrikaans".
Depending on the propagation you get the upper hand. Hopefully it will be that way when the sun goes down.

Ah. I had incorrectly identified it as Italian or Porteguese in the earlier "unid" post. I guessed the transmitter though,  by the always outstanding signal and audio.

About S3-S7 on peaks at 0250z. Very tough with the data bursts and pescadores too. 22342.

Think I caught some of this around 0140 UTC, at about S-5.
Knew it wasn't English-- and couldn't figure out what the peskies would be doing broadcasting in AM mode....  ::)
