Actually been seeing this signal since about 2:00  utc but it has been too weak to hear any audio
2:24 utc sig coming up on peaks of S7  Dire Straits Walk of Life
2:48  BTO Roll on Down The Highway
2:52 utc  OP talking, Possible ID,  British ? Aussie? Accent ?  fading in and out too fast to make good copy of speech.

2:59 utc  OP talking again - British DJ?  heard what sound like a phone numbers - still difficult copy.
3:00 utc Into UNID version of old MoTown tune "Never Had to Say Goodbye"...
3:06 utc  More talking  - almost S8 on some peaks now - still fading in and out really fast - catching every third word or so....

About S4 to S5 here on the west coast. Modulation is low plus getting some splatter from RTN who is on 6925 and very strong here so unable to make out what is being said.

Super weak here on the SDR recording. Not much more than a carrier, which went off at 0356z, so likely the same station.
