Not the ham radio dudes on LSB obviously.  This is cropping up periodically but widely across the 80 meter band and beyond on the Newton, NH KiwiSDR.

I would say it sounded like a zipper, or a fart going from low to high.

Sometimes I hear that on 11m also when Im on SSB... Its like some signal is quickly going across the spectrum!!
