Odd noises, and music here, strong S8 to S9 here. May actually be on 6959.5, or there abouts. Ok closer to 6160 after all, hard to tell exactly

2347 sign on with sweeping audio tones, then into some electronic music .
Mix of music and rambling speech, repeated numbers also heard.
