SDR recording catch.
OM came on at 0138, well down in the noise, so while I could tell he was speaking, I could not decipher what he was saying. It sounded a bit like a new report? Perhaps a mention  of Toronto.
Off at 0140.
Back on at 0150 for about a minute, then off.
On again at 0152 for two minutes, then off.
