On November 7, 2013, in response to a complaint of unlicensed operation on

You are hereby warned that operation of radio transmitting equipment

Interesting! I wonder who complained about operating on 6133. Maybe a local DXer trying to log Laos?

I wondered who could possibly be operating on this frequency, so I googled 6133 KHZ and came up with this link:

I have them in my logs, and recordings of them in operation, for a couple years.  Solarix (the source of the linked audio file) pointed them out in the #wunclub quite a while back.  My last log entry for them is about a month before the cite, on November 16, 2013.

It probably was not a good idea to operate there, with Link 11 running in the background!

I've noticed Link-11 on 49m (around that frequency in fact) in the mornings here, when the band is pretty much clear of SWBC stations, and wondered if that was related to their bust.

IIRC, several of the busts for 43 meter band pirates have occurred when the stations were interfering with certain utility stations.
