New ones for me, pretty good signal strength on both frequencies. They seem to be operating out of phase with each other, that is, operating at the same rate but offset in time. So they could be related.

OK, there's more frequencies, 7811, 8167, 8290, and 8413 also.

Roughly but not exactly the same spacing between frequencies.

They shifted to a new set of higher frequencies at around 1856z. So far I see 8647, 8669, 8799.

Currently have them on 8799 in central MN. About an S3 here.

Was at work when you posted here and in the IRC, so missed it.  When I got home there was no sign of them being active.

Chris, was the dash length 0.7 seconds and the repetition interval 5.6 seconds?  If so this is a similar/same signal as I logged on Dec 19, 2012, from 1335 to 1344 UTC.  Because of its actions, sequencing through a set of frequencies, the number of which is defined by the relationship of the pulse length to the pulse repetition interval, I have tentatively logged my past reception as Pips or a related signal.

Any chance of getting a short recording of any one of the freqs?  Audio is fine, no need for I/Q.

Other freqs, in addition to what you have posted, used in Dec of 2012 include 9198, 9479, 10200, and 10364 kHz.  Never more than 8 frequencies at a time, as that is all the pulse spacing allows.

I didn't happen to make a recording, Token, but if they are on again today I will.

I don't recall the exact interval, but it was certainly around 5 or 6 seconds, from memory.
