Caught the very end of a Bluegrass piece, characteristic freq for R. Appalachia, no positive ID though. Quickly off the air

Tune up at 0018z then into a bluegrass tune. Was S9 for a brief while then a quick signal drop.
I can still hear it, but down at the noise level.

0024z - still on - very weak

S5, but barely out of the noise here in Ohio

- Nice selection of music, wish I could hear it better

Sounds like bluegrass music right at the noise level here.  OM announcer @ 0037 but couldn't make out a single word.
May be getting a little stronger as sunset was about 10 minutes ago.  OM announcer again @ 0041.

Checking the SDR recording , carrier sign on was 0018z with an S9+10 signal.
The program started at 0019z with music, still S9+10. Then about 25 seconds later, the signal crashed to just a carrier barely above the noise level. Bad timing me for I guess, starting just when the band started to go long. Some audio from time to time, such as around 0049z and 0116z, which is the last trace of the signal here.
