4096.324 KHz  Haystack. Seems to have battery issues. The "dash" signal looks like a series of dots on the PX3's waterfall display

I was out camping for most of last week and was only able to listen on Tuesday. The noise level was so low I could hear the Russian "M" on 7039 KHz almost all morning long. That was also when I last heard Windy operating normally but with a very low voltage. If I knew where it was I'd bring out a new battery!

4096.330 KHz  Haystack. Weak
4102.840 KHz  Windy Good signal, no telemetry. Just 4 beeps, maybe an "H" for help, roughly every 65 seconds

Based on Mark-n-NUT's recent North Utah report I tried listening for the dasher on 4097.2 KHz and can hear something faint but will check it more often.
