4096.342 KHz  Haystack. Fair signal with fading. Low in frequency too

7509.000 KHz  unknown dasher. Weak. Frequency varies a bit. Normally this is about where the Russian C beacon might be.

I think I caught Haystack in the weird startup mode again or else it is very odd propagation with rapid, choppy fading. For a while the long dash seemed to be two shorter dashes on my pan-adaptor. After ten mnutes it seemed to return to normal operation
