For an hour or so I've been watching Viking "wake up" as it started at 4095.875 and has slowly drifted up to 4095.945 with a decent signal. Must be sunlight hitting the panel and the transmitter "warming" up.

Not bad battery usage, last night a bit after sundown the battery was at 12.8 V.  Have to see the usage a couple months from now, with the long nights and short days.

Maybe the owner will share the battery's AH rating and the transmitter's AH consumption?  ;D

4096.344 KHz  Haystack is low in freq, sounds funky... so maybe a low battery, cold temps, etc.
