Huge 50 dB+ over the noise RTTY signal centered on 4095that is wiping out most of the low power beacons in 95-96 range.

4102.835 KHz  Windy. Readable signal.  Barely a breeze. Temp 90  - Volts 12.6

Interesting that Windy has such a high temp early in the morning but the battery does not appear to be charging. Wondering if there are clouds that are reducing sunlight to the panel?

4102.855 KHz  Windy. 20 Hz higher in freq than in the past. Signal 15 dB over the noise with fades. Temp 62 Bat 12.5v
