4096.270 KHz  Hexie. Weak but readable signal.
4102.840 KHz  Windy. Fair signal. Still in the "Help" mode sending four dits 65 sec apart.

Satellite images show most of the Mojave desert to be clear skies. If Windy's panel is oriented due south with a 45 degree tilt it should have started charging the battery around 7:30 AM PST. If the battery cannot recover on a day like today then the panel is too small or the battery is probably damaged from being deeply discharged for too long.

Windy has transitioned to sending 4 Dits

Weather in the desert areas is sunny so am hoping for a good battery charge and a resumption of the telemetry

4102.840 KHz  Windy. Weak signal. Was sending three dits about 65 sec apart now has transitioned to four dits

Hopefully the battery will edge up past 11.5 volts and Windy will start sending telemetry today.
