Local time in South Africa .01H30  hearing cw on 4102.3 khz , is this Windy?  Where is it located please?

Here in the US we are convinced that Windy is off the air. When it was functioning the only CW it sent was the letter W.

Windy was located roughly in the expanse of the Mojave desert in Southern California.

Glad to see you check in! I’ll bet you can monitor all sorts of cool signals.
