2097.300 KHz  letter beacon A is mostly barely audible but once in a while pops up +10 dB above the noise floor

4096.365 KHz  Haystack. Fair signal with deep fades
4102.700 KHz  Windy. About 10 dB over the noise with fades. No wind. Temp 92 deg. Battery 12.9v

4102.625 KHz  Windy?? If so it is broken and sends long dashes, no Morse. About +20 dB over the noise floor

Started hearing irregular dashes, then a pause, then four or five dashes closer together, long silence, and so on.
