Listening to X-FM down on '45 and noticed this on the waterfall.  Looked too strong for a pesky.  Bluesy rock tune right now at 0502z.  S5-S6  Off mid-song at 0503z.

Back, but now at 6974 LSB @ 0516z, S6-S7, assuming this is the same station.

SDR Recorder Catch

Unid station or stations (?)

6960 LSB - About an S1 to S2

0456 - First noticed music, barely above the noise
0459 - a country/bluesy type song
0501 - maybe an ID spoken twice, in a tinny type voice on top of a song
0503 - off

6974 LSB - About an S3 to S4 - there was a noticeable difference in signal between this transmission and the previous

0508 - on
0508 - "Get Down" - Gilbert O'Sullivan (You're a bad dog, baby)
0511 - "Chicago" - CSNY - Graham Nash
0514 - hearing air raid sirens, into an unid song with heavy guitar riffs...
the signal bumps up to S5 at times...
0522 - "LA Woman" - The Doors
0530 - did someone just say "Whad Up ?" and then a "ding" sound at the end of the Doors song ?
0530 - off

I kept hearing ding sounds (like Iann's chat) on this freq later, also saw them in the waterfall... or maybe I'm just imagining things... I'll investigate this further...

SDR recording catch.
Signed on 6960 LSB at 0456 with music, pretty weak here, SIO 211-222.  Off at 0503.

Back on 6974 at 0508, sounded a bit weaker than earlier until 0515 when the audio came up a bit.
Off at 0530, no obvious ID heard here.
