I caught some music and it was coming in pretty good. Then I tuned away and came right back and all I heard was a Brittish or European accent man saying  "...on the 31 meter band." And then it went off.  :(

SDR recording catch. About an S6 signal. Sign on with ID, said the news in English would follow. I could make out some bits and pieces mentioning the British Government.

Off at 0319

Music heard again at 0326, sounded like from the 1930s or 1940s?

Recorder Catch on 6925 USB

Heard here with only a weak S4-S5 signal, and audio at times below the noise.
