"W" Beacon was just on 8895. I tuned in for about 30 seconds worth just now at 0320z and was off before 0321z. That's a "W" Beacon. First for me. If I'm right this is "The Bear Net" For the Tu-95s?

Now receiving cw traffic and back to "W" at 0340z. I'm not the best at cw but I did catch a "V" at the beginning of the cw traffic prior to "W" coming back on the air.

Appears to become active at hour plus 00, 20, and 40 (H + 00, H + 20, and H + 40) for 60 seconds and then off. Also receiving interference from 8894 HF Aero and 8894 HF ACARS.
