4102.830 KHz  Windy.  Peaks of 15 dB over the noise with fades making the Morse hard to copy

Been watching the temp go down over the last hour crom 82 to 76 degrees. Battery voltage ran from 12.8 to 13.0 then down to 12.9 now

4102.820 KHz  Windy is dying. The signal is barely readable. It only sends a Morse letter S once every 50 - 60 seconds.
