!660 KHZ 1400UTC S9+ signal National Weather Service repeater for Miami County Ohio

The only reason I post this is because I can't find the listing for it in any of the databases I have checked so far.  There are a number of these popping up but it is hard to pin point a new one.  This one has a good signal at sun rise but as the sun got higher it faded into the local noise and commercial radio station interference.

I tuned to the road condition station at 1700 KHZ for a comparison signal check but it was way down in the noise.
