Northwoods Radio, 6935U, 0009, 9.21.14.  Smokey Robinson, quick ID, documentary on music in early 60's, "Dancin' in the streets," other documentary pieces between music, 0018 Loon call & Northwoods Radio ID, then back to documentary.

Awsome S9+ signal.  Way over the storm static.

Music identified with help from Shazam.

tuned in at 0012utc, fair sig with light static, song "dancing in the street", talk of CKLW by female host, another rock tune, talk by male & female hosts, gave ID as Northwoods Radio, song "no fun to be alone(?)", QSL at northwoodsradio@gmail.com, R2000 & dipole. (edit) program apparently about music artists from Michigan.

Drake R8, Kenwood R-2000, Panasonic RF-4900, Sony 2010, Realistic DX440, Grundig Satellit 500, 7mhz backyard dipole, Mt Prospect, IL 20miles (32km) NW of downtown Chicago. I have been using online receivers because of strong data hash interference in my neighborhood that I believe is caused by Uverse squeezing up to 100mb/sec through ordinary pairs of wires. I don't have Uverse but neighbors do. williamhassig@yahoo.com
