I heard the song too. Not much noise but not very strong signal.

Back on at 0239 with punk song. Female singer with kids singing chorus.

More at 0301 UTC. Sounds like the same station.

SDR recording catch.
On at 0231 with "The Time Warp" from The Rocky Horror Picture Show.
Back at 0239 with what Shazam claims is "Cell Block Tango".
And again at 0259 with more music, off at 0305.
