Nice S7 USB signal here at 0024. Sirens, screaming, announcer with "Don't panic the government is in control", "Don't panic, the CDC has your best interest at heart", etc.

At just barely above the noise floor

0053 - I am hearing Sirens...
           (this appearance has the best signal for me)
0058 - once again
