0145 - Positive ID by OM as "Peskie Party Radio" repeated a few times

0138 very weak, just above the noise but I can barely make out some music
0145 just barely made out part of station ID - ".... Party Radio"

Had it here with a S9 and really good audio doing a Spanish song and then ID as Peskie Party Radio repeated 3 times at 0145. Then heard the Count right after. Lots of entertainment this evening. ;D
