This was the Pips network Chris, it has been active the past couple evenings.  If you have the night before recorded (Nov 04) you should also find it on 6920 ending at 0129 and up on 6820 from 0130 to 0216.  I have not had a chance yet to go through my wideband records to get all the individual frequencies.
