S6-S7 here when I tuned in around 1400z. Noise level about S6 on the loop.

No ID given - off at 1416z.

SINPO: 23322 - poor with some fading
No ID heard, but I have my suspicions...
1402 - First noticed someone was on freq.
1403 - a tune with harmonica
1406 - into  a blues tune
1412 - Helpless - Neil Young
1415 - When I Die - Blood, sweat & Tears
1416 - S/Off - presumed QRT
