6950.5 khz AM   S6 - S8  good copy / audio  in spite of quick fades up and down, good listening conditions here at this frequency.

Picking up TCS relay at 2359 utc with station ID.
Good signal with some fading in central IL on the wire and PL660.

TCS Relay very strong.  Carrier at times 45 to 50-dB out of noise.  Great playlist.
