Exactly what i notice here with my 'ear'....just not the full FM sound like 25.910 has...also the signal strength is always lower on 25.990 and often in and out while 25.910 is strong.....25.910 when conditions are right is like local FM quality here...during the day 25.910 is usually all day here in coastal NC...and lately i've tried at weird times at night and have found it at 0800-1100z too ! I usually have a pipeline to Texas on 6m and lo band anyway.....hearing link ID WQGY434 on 25.910 too...at 4 mins past the hour....

25.990 is often missing while 25.910 is strong....often at best 25.990 is in/out but always with a lower signal and weaker signal and much much poorer audio....never FM quality here in Coastal NC...


today both are gone but KOA on 25.950 is there......<UPDATE> I SPOKE TOO SOON !! 1930z 1/8/15  Both freqs are BOOMING in...25.910 S-9+....25.990 S-8.....huge signals...25.990 still poor audio tho with a low freq hum too (almost sounds like a PL but it may just be a het)....25.910 is local FM quality...

back on 11/24/14 I had THREE stations on 25.950 all playing different tunes !

the WQGY434 license at FCC database also shows a third freq: 26.430 but haven't heard it yet....
