Huge S9+10 signal and excellent audio going out a little over 5 khz (sometimes out to 10 khz!).
Hopefully the band holds steady.

0208 - "Russian Radio"  by Red Flag  [Shazam ID]

was down to about S8 for a while, but back up to steady S9+10 again @ 0258 with a Joe Satriani song.
Getting another fade @ 0350.  Still S7 but have to narrow the audio some.
Back to S9+ @ 0410 with "Poor Leno".  Yes, the bass in that song can rattle the walls.
Under the Milkyway by The Church @ 0419 [one of my faves]

Thanks for the show!!

Tuned up to 6960 and heard XFM with fair sig and audio but went back to Wolverine on 6945. Why does anybody bother to broadcast while Wolverine is on?
(edit) I came back after Wolverine Left the air at 0252.

I have been using online receivers because of strong data hash interference in my neighborhood that I believe is caused by Uverse squeezing up to 100mb/sec through ordinary pairs of wires. I don't have Uverse but neighbors do. williamhassig@yahoo.com

Been bouncing back and forth between 2 excellent signals here...both with good tunes... :)
Love those live time checks X-FM!
Some nice wideband audio here at S9 Mr. Red Hat!
0257 UTC "I Believe"-Joe Satriani (RCCI gets his request!)
Signal dropped down a bit since around 0315 UTC and the peskies are bleeding though, so I switched to USB and a little tuning with the Pass Band and the stereo and things sound just fine!
Admittedly, I'm not well versed on the Alternative rock music since the 90's. I don't get to hear these songs on the local rock stations. One of the local college FMers plays some of the more obscure stuff, but I don't get to listen to much FM anymore. Too busy listening to pirate radio!
0339 UTC "Blue On Black"-Kenny Wayne Shephard" (Great tune!)
That was a change of pace with some Supertramp in there!
0354 UTC "Eye In the Sky"-Alan Parsons Project(You never know where those requests are going to take you....

Great show tonight and thoroughly enjoyed it. Sounded fantastic in C-QUAM, the very manliest of modes (sorry RML, while USB is indeed manly, and the manliest of traditional modes, however C-QUAM takes the cake).

X-FM at 0245z, S8-S9 & clear, wide audio. Some slow fades to S6. "Invincible" at tune-in.

0256z - Actually S9+5 - had to retune the loop.
0258z - Haven't heard this song by Satriani in a long time. A nice wave of guitar-guru types around that time. Satch, Vai, Steve Morse.
0334z - Farmikos - Kings of Dust...........(nice)
0411z - ID, emails, S8 still - fades to the noise floor.
0419z - The Church - Under the Milky Way. Another good one I haven't heard a long while.
0440z - Thanks for the show. S8 peaks at the end with just some slower, longer fades.

Thanks RH  8)
